About Me

farkas, nancy dabr coral 2012I began my career as a Realtor in 1998, following a fast-paced career in retail merchandising which
frequently took me around the country ant the world for product sourcing and development. During my
retail career I was regularly recruited and relocated around the country, often finding myself in a new
city without any personal contacts except my Realtor. As a result, I soon realized how important a
Realtor was, not only in helping me find my new home, but also in becoming an invaluable source of area information.

In making the decision to transition from retail to real estate I recognized that my organizational and leadership skills would translate well to the real estate industry.

When I moved to Dayton, I immediately sensed that this was a very special community. Its welcoming spirit of friendliness, strong focus on family values and impressive cultural base made me feel that this was the place I wanted to call home.

I quickly immersed myself in my new career, securing key real estate designations, and becoming one of the area’s leading real estate professionals.

I also became a leader in the real estate industry, serving as a Director for the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and for the Ohio Association of Realtors. In 2013 I served as President of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors, and in 2015 was honored as Dayton Realtors Realtor of the Year.

In my desire to get involved and give back to my new community, I volunteered to serve on several non-profit community boards including Dayton Public Radio and the Dayton Performing Arts Alliance and I continue to serve on these boards today.

So, when the time comes for your next move, call me and experience real estate from a truly personal and professional perspective – “Expect the Very Best!”
