With a combined population of 24,855, Centerville and Washington Township are primarily bedroom communities.  Located at the southern end of Montgomery County, they are centrally located between Dayton and Cincinnati Ohio with easy access to Interstate 75, the main connector between the two, and to I 675, the major east/west connector.

The Centerville and Washington Township zip codes 45458 and 45459 are two of the wealthiest in the Dayton Ohio and Miami Valley area.  The average home value is $212,000 and the median household income is $63,000.
